Bolognese used to be a staple previous to cutting out meat in our diet. We have been trying to incorporate a little bit more meat into our diet recently. I don’t think we will go back to eating meat on a daily basis but it will definitely feature more often on the menu! I had a serious craving for bolognese today, and i tweaked my recipe slightly. It still tasted good!
500g Steak mince
