The perfect toast


The perfect toast! Just the way toast should be!

French baguette grilled in the oven on medium heat (until golden brown) with olive oil,  rubbed with a garlic clove and pressed with a ripe roma tomato (seeds removed).

Served with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil mix, olives, yellow tomatoes and cheese.
