This quick, delicious and nutritious smoothie is a must in Ramadan! I have prepared my strawberries in advance so that my Suhoor preparations will be quick.
Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
1 cup frozen or fresh Strawberries
1 large banana
3T Oat bran
1/4 cup fat free milk
250ml Fat free yoghurt (strawberry/ vanilla or unflavoured)
Throw all ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
